Vantage Realty Group, Inc. has been managing apartments in Porter County since 1994. All of the staff members at Vantage Realty have years of experience in property management, and all of them are committed to providing clean, attractive multifamily housing for their residents. We understand that this is a service business and we strive to make every person comfortable in their home.

Available Properties

We manage seven apartment properties in Valparaiso and Chesterton and offer a variety of residential choices to match each person’s lifestyle, from studio apartments to three bedrooms. If you prefer a secluded location we have Deer Run Apartments, Wabash Apartments and Porter Ridge Apartments near Chesterton which is surrounded by woods, or a more central experience we offer The VIC and 205 Michigan near downtown Valparaiso. We feature a professional 24 maintenance staff for each of our convenient locations. The $40 application fee includes a credit check, criminal background check, income verification and previous residence referral. Security deposits are $500 for all apartments except for studios which have security deposits equal to one month’s rent. We allow cats for $20 more per month, other pets require management approval.
